THIS IS AN INVOICE DATED 4th NOVEMBER,1826 FOR DOMESTIC GOODS BOUGHT FROM EDWARD DAVIES BY JOHN EVANS OF THE RED LION. (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CAME TO ME AMOUNGST OTHER PAPERS ALL EMINATING FROM SOUTH ANGLESEY AND THE ONLY RED LION LISTED IN THE WORRALL’S DIRECTORY OF THE TIME WAS IN LLANGEFNI) . IT IS RECEIPTED AT THE BOTTOM. IT NEEDS A BIT MORE RESEARCH BUT IN ITSELF IT IS A FASCINATING INSIGHT INTO LOCAL TRADE SOME TWO HUNDRED YEARS AGO.
