Authentic Chinese propaganda poster printed during the Cultural Revolution, illustrating one of Mao Zedong’s most famous slogans. This iconography is characteristic of the large posters distributed at the end of the 1960s, at the height of the Cultural Revolution, when People’s China was preparing the population for possible conflict while exalting agricultural work and Maoist ideology.
