T his item is in good condition.

Wallet sized (2 7/8″ x 4″) and in excellent condition. Never been used, no writing anywhere, no torn pages or covers, no stains, a strong straight spine and all pages firmly attached. There is a rub spot at the base of the spine (see photos).

What stands out about the piece is its art theme, which adds depth without making the display feel busy.
